Using your clinic’s queue
You scanned a clinic’s QR code, or they sent you a link. This page explains what you will see. Your clinic runs the queue; questions about your visit go to the clinic.
Joining
Type your name and mobile number, choose the reason for your visit, and say whether you are already at the clinic or on your way. Tap the button and you get a queue number.
Your number and the people ahead
Your ticket shows your number and how many patients are ahead of you. It updates by itself. You can wait outside, at home or nearby.
Alerts
Tap “Turn on” under “Get an alert when it’s your turn” and allow notifications. Your phone then buzzes when you are next, even with the screen off. If you prefer not to, keep the page open and check it now and then.
Keeping the ticket
Tap “Add to Home Screen” to keep the ticket as an icon on your phone. If you close the page by mistake, scan the clinic’s QR again and your ticket comes back.
If you miss your turn
Tell the front desk. They can put you back in the line.
Your details
Your name and number are kept by the clinic as part of your patient record, under the Data Privacy Act. Read the privacy notice. The Clinico only provides the software.
